Description
applaudio is a browser-based platform for companies that allows their employees to share digital recognitions with each other. Our aim is to enable companies to appreciate the tremendous support of their employees more easily with a peer-2-peer recognition system.
How it works
1: Special effort from your employee
Example:
Ben works overtime to help Karla prepare an upcoming meeting. Karla appreciates the help and wants to thank Ben for his support.
2: Digital recognition from peer to peer
Example:
Karla sends a digital “Thank you” note (called “Bravo”) to Ben. This way, the gratitude will not be forgotten and Ben’s manager will be informed about Ben’s effort
3: Motivation boost for your employee
Example:
Ben is happy about the received recognition. If your company chooses so, he will receive a small financial reward. This way, your company can also thank Ben for his collegial behaviour.
